At Rackato, a brand of V K Technologies, we review refund requests for eligible orders on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be processed as full refunds, partial refunds, or manual refunds depending on the payment method used and the support resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not been successfully completed may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once a service has been provisioned or delivered, cancellation requests are subject to review by our support team.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic. If a refund is approved, Rackato may process the full captured amount, a partial amount, or a manual refund outside the payment gateway. The approved refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid for the order.

Refund timelines depend on the original payment method, banking partners, and gateway processing windows. For manual refunds, our support team will share the payment reference once the refund has been completed.
